CX training starts here ....

To elevate my performance in cyclocross in 2017 I am commencing a 22-week plan utilizing the TrainerRoad app and a structured plan focused on cx-specific power and fitness. First step is a short but painful FTP test. I will post updates on my progress and experience using TrainerRoad. Structured plans have worked well for me but this the longest cycling discipline-specific program I have attempted to-date.

Current weight: 183.2lbs.

Target: 165lbs.
